I need help losing my love handles!!

Iv been doing Russian twists everyday and I can not get my love handles to go away, is there anything you guys do??

The workout
determines where you gain muscles and how many calories you burn and not were these calories are taken from. So to lose fat, no matter where, you have to diet and do cardio. When you do ab workouts and you still have a pretty big fat layer over them, it will look like you are getting fatter.
