So I love doing dead lifts but I seriously don't know what they are for I started out with 50lbs I'm doing them with 80 now it's fairly easy I just would like to know what am I working?
Your entire lower body, lower back and not to mention forearms and core. My favorite exercise is dead lift.
Dead lift is a beast exerciseee does everything on the lower half of the body I am sure
Mostly your glutes and the back of your legs.
