Just curious, but for those who started skimble for weight loss where did you notice the changes first? It appears my legs and rear are the first to shows signs of weight loss. How bout y'all?

I lose weight across my shoulders, chest and arms first. Around 80% of men lose weight around their mid-section last which is why so many give up coz that's where most wanna lose it first

I've heard that too Scotty. I have seen some on the face, cheeks mostly. Legs are tighter and rear too.  Chest is feeling tighter. Just curious to see what others are experiencing.

Ive been doing jogging intervals to learn how to run, so my upper thighs are getting toned quick! I usually notice bit in my face, but my chub will start to move around as i lose weight too, kinda weird lol
