Hey guys, I am 5'7" and 170 ish pounds. Most of it is muscle, but the areas where most of my fat is is the lower abdomen and buttocks. I have been trying to lose the fat and weight, without losing what muscle and strength I have, but nothing I do at the gym really makes a difference. This is quite hard for me being in the military because my max weight allowed for my height is 170. The great thing though is that I can make tape. Anything would help. Thank you.
