Before like 5 months i started to "exercise". So i complete some 30 days of yoga and i did some abs workouts everyday so i get some little abs. I was on my real way to "fit body" but then i just stopped in december .
So i lose my abs, i mean, my belly started being bigger and bigger... I wasn't fat or overweight or somerthing, but belly fat was there. Yesterday i started do some 4 weeks yoga and today i have to complete it too. I'm not eating sweets since last Monday. I do spider plank everyday 3x and 3 reps so i lose some belly fat. I heard that spider plank is really good for abs. I do classic plank too. I feel awesome and great... But my quesrion is how much i need to have ABS? Tell me some tips and some workouts (not pro) if ypu have some good.
