I reaaalllly need a partner to workout. I want to lose some flabs, and gain a flat stomach asap. I just don't have much motivation, and I have a hard time losing weight. Any takers?? Please!

Just remember You are the one that has to do it for You no one else can so get out there start some exercises in a few days you will feel better only if you control your eating too. The power is within You

Look at what some of the people on here are doing, look at there goals, look at their pics and find the stomach you like and start following people.
