..that certain workouts like oblique-exercises cause your waist to appear wider? Any tips to whittle the waist away is welcome.. :))
When you do a workout, targeting a certain area of the body, that only refers to the muscles there and nothing else. Where you burn the calories has nothing to do with the workout. That means if you want to lose fat in a certain area of your body you have to diet, do cardio and hope that your body decides to take the fat from the place you want it to.
