I need some Workout ideas

My birthday is in July and I'm having a pool party. I need to tone up my thighs a little and my stomach. Do you guys have any suggestions for some good workouts? Preferably some on this app.

You can try training bolt cardio and strenght,it's ok :)

Scotty k has made a full fledge program on here. I recomend you doing it, if you have access to a gym.  Here is a link to day 1 of the workout.

I would suggest picking a few people you see working out regularly and checking their 'liked' and 'created' files - choose someone who appears to be doing workouts you like and you can't go same wrong
