How do I do it I've been doing alot of cardio lately my meals are healthy water intake is going great ... I'm doing whatever it takes
You should lift more weights than cardio. Also finding out calorie maintenance and going on a caloric defecit will help you reach your goals. You don't look overweight, so let me say this. Once you are down to a low body fat it gets harder to shred the last bit of visceral fat. So hang in there. Keep eating clean, keep pushing weight, and keep sweating you'll get to where you are going.
