Getting rid of belly fat

How do I do it I've been doing alot of cardio lately my meals are healthy water intake is going great ... I'm doing whatever it takes

You should lift more weights than cardio. Also finding out calorie maintenance and going on a caloric defecit will help you reach your goals. You don't look overweight, so let me say this. Once you are down to a low body fat it gets harder to shred the last bit of visceral fat. So hang in there. Keep eating clean, keep pushing weight, and keep sweating you'll get to where you are going.

When I do push ups my belly hangs it looks idk if its skin of just fat waiting to get toned because I pinch it and it doesn't hurt and if I poke I can feel abs I'm really confused

Yes a little it has to be fat!! I will do weight training I was told to do more cardio that's why

Try things that help metabolism eg: water + lemon in the morning or green tea 

Also exersizes that are made for abs  daily 

No sugar 

And you have a perfect stomach in around 3 weeks
