HIITs, tabatas, short-intense cardio bouts combined with weight training and a clean diet is the best way to reduce body fat.  I don't know how much weight your looking to lose, how much activity you participate in, how old you are, what you eat, how tall you are or what you weigh, so that's about the best I can do.  Good luck!
