I weigh 262 and want to get back down to 135 again. I have already lost 45 pounds (down from 310 in 2009). I am too big to do a lot of the exercises that they show here. Do they have any videos for fat people that can't do these exercises yet?

I am doing yoga and walking daily now. Start off small and drink plenty of water and watch what you eat. (:

Yes, I understand that I should start out slow, but I need exercise that I can do right now. All I see here in the video library are videos of skinny people doing the exercises not fat people. I would really like to see more videos of fat people who are actually doing the workouts instead of constantly seeing all these skinny people doing them! It would actually be more realistic than seeing skin and bones doing them all the time.

Go to the browse section and look at the beginning exercises . Thats what im doing
