Hi my name is Meilisa... I'm 20yo... i really want to lose weight so that i can wear anything i want... I'm college student so my activities just studying...

Search Google for the 5:2 fasting diet. Essentially it means limiting the amount of calories you eat two days a week to 500 calories. The other daysyou can eat normally. Also, try to avoid large amounts of sugar. Apart from its addictive qualitites your body over works your pancreas to deal with the high levels of glucose in your blood. What isn't immediately used is converted into fat and stored.

Eat healthy, no sugar! And only drink water, no coke or other fake drinks.

Do HIIT, much more effective than other cardio stuff.

Use the app myfitnesspal. You can lose weight just monitoring what you eat. Eat clean. No processed foods. Drink only water or unsweetened coffee /tea... Basically no liquid calories...
