So I'm seeing a difference in my body! I have three pair of pants that are well fitted I tried them on this week now they are a little too big! It's crazy.. Because I never thought I could of did it! The main things I did was eat a banana for breakfast and drink plenty of water through out the day! And walk everyday after school for atleast 30 mins or either an hour w/ my dad ! And I'll do home workouts like squats,sit ups, push up. I'm truly blessed & I'm glad I have y'all to help me get through this!
