I'm 13 and 116 pounds, is this too heavy? I believe I have a mesomorph (medium) body type. I downloaded an app to help me count calories and I can only eat 1,300 calories a day. Thoughts?

I think ur eating too little, try aiming for a normal 2000 cal diet. Otherwise, good job! Ur looking great!

Hey I'm blare and ur more skinny than me but I'm 13 too we should become workout buddy's hmu if u want to BTW I eat 1,200 cals a day

A healthy bodyweight carts from person to person based on their age, height, bone structure, and muscle mass. 1300 calories is way too low especially if you're still 13 and growing aim for a 2000 calorie day with a good amount of exercise to stay healthy
