Hi I'm blare I really need to lose weight for the summer I'm moving to my lake house and I don't want to be fat any more! I started a diet and walking plan but for this first week I have already messed up 3times plz help I don't know how to make my self not hungry! Thx BTW I have 24 more days intill the summer comes
Try to avoid fat and sugar. Eat high protien diet.. u will feel fuller for longer period.. try to eat as much fiber as posible
