Hey everybody, I need some help for burning fat. Workouts, food and suplements?

A bunch of core workouts and cardio. And for food eat plenty of veggies and fruits.

Walk ever day for 45 minutes at least.. not less than 30 minutes.

Eat greens..healthy.
