Inner and outter tights tips

Does anyone have good workouts for inner and outter tights? I want to tighten mine I do squats but what else?

Try leg lifts! You lay on your side, legs together, and lift the top leg 70 degrees, then lower back down slowly. Do 25 a Rep then lay on your other side and do the same thing. The key to these are doing tthem slowly and not going too high when you lift your leg. Good luck!! :)

Oh and if you have leg weights lie down on your left side with your elbow, forearm, and left leg on the ground, put your right foot in front of your left knee and lift do as many reps as you can then pulse for 20-40 secs, switch sides!

Try some Plié squats for inner thigh; with or without weights. Use a band or cable, strapped around ankle and lift leg to side for your outer thigh.
