Problem is, these blood tests aren't always reliable, Shamika.
Currently 168 pounds ideally I'd like to be at least 110 pounds. But, not sure because I don't want to just tone muscle I want to build on it & lose as much fat as possible. Only 5 foot & obese & my body does not handle it well.
