So I'm a 23 yr old mother of a 7 month old boy and since I've had him I've been gaining weight. I went from being 165 to 198. Yikes!! I feel like I have no more energy anymore and my metabolism has gone down. So does anyone have advice on how to get energized and boost my metabolism so I can shed the extra pounds?
Jamie eason - post pregnancy trainer. Google it. If you do or don't have access to a gym it's still a good idea to read thru. And like heiko said, look through the forums. There's already a ton of topics about weight loss, clean eating, nutrition/training. Good luck.
