Does eating nothing and surviving only on liquid diet help us lose weight ?

No no no.. you have to eat! Just don't overdo it... or under do it. Scotty k. Has a forum post on how to calculate how many calories you should be eating a day to lose, gain, or maintain weight, you should check it out.

Yes it works, but it's very unhealthy and won't last :( It will probably make you sick as well

Never go on that liquid diet my friend!! It is useless and unhealthy!! Refrain from it!!

Jokes aside I'd go by what Amber said. Check out Scotty's posts. They're very informative and helpful.
Eat...you need the fuel. Don't deny your body what it naturally needs to keep working properly.
