Over 35 Need Motivation

I am seeking people with the same challenges that I have that are over 35 like weight gain, not a morning person to go to the gym, tired after working all day, eat one meal a day snack the rest, and most of all having a hard time eating small meals throughout the day... I used to be that person that lived in the gym now you can barely get me in the gym I am lacking motivation.. Help

So.  Don't go to the gym in the morning.  Don't eat during the day.   When you get home from work drink a small cup of black coffee and do a workout.  After that eat your one meal.   It's called the warrior diet.   Great book and great way to recharge your life.   If you do snack in the day just eat raw fruits and veg or light protein.

Stay away from coffee man - see my previous post about coffee. It's good but not for energy!

What is the reason you want to get back into training? Find the why and you'll get your motivation back.

You'll get knocked down 98% of the time - but you won't get knocked OUT!

32 here and I will keep doing this till I die! Injuries, motivation, etc. bring em on... I live for challenges!

I'm 35 single mum working full time with a 2 - 3 hour commute every day. I make time to work out. I get up earlier and bring kids to forest for a jog. Im half way through 0-5k . its my sanity!!!
