I am fat although I eat very less and I read somewhere that water is a good agent of weight reduction so I drink lots of water....it hasn't helped as I still haven't lost any weight....is this because of water weight...if so please help ?
Eating less can be as bad as eating more...as your body will store fat.
Small portions around 6 times a day, keeping your calories to around 2000 to 1900 a day.
Also drink plenty of water it helps with your metabolism and keeps you feeling full.
