How long before i can expect some weight loss

Hi...so I am new to the workouts and majorily here to loose weight..i have been doing around 20 min daily for one week now ..and though i know its too early and also depends on the body types ...still when can one expect too see some weight loss ...around a month???

Depends on other activity, especially eating habits.  You can easily sabotage good workouts with bad diet. If you're sensible with calorie intake, expect to see small results in a week or so.  It takes time, stay with it.

Also take note of intensity as well as form. If you do 20 pushups worth improper form,it won't be nearly as effective as five done correctly.

Yes your form will improve the more you practice.The workout you pick always show you the right body form.
