Hey guys. I'm working out quite often and mix cardio (swimming) with bodyweight exercises and achieved my weight loss goals. But there still is this damn little rude (:D) layer of belly fat especially above the upper ads, because of this my stomach looks rather fat than fit :/. Any tips of how I can get rid of it?
I'm doing sports since at least 2-3 years and started clean eating a year ago (sometimes a cheat meal/day)
Could be water retention try low sodium intake
Keep going it'll eventually come off. The last bit of fat to blast from the stomach are is one of the most stubborn. Try mixing weight trying with your routine. Building muscle will help your body use fat deposits as energy.
