This damn belly fat ..!

Hey guys. I'm working out quite often and mix cardio (swimming) with bodyweight exercises and achieved my weight loss goals. But there still is this damn little rude (:D) layer of belly fat especially above the upper ads, because of this my stomach looks rather fat than fit :/. Any tips of how I can get rid of it?
I'm doing sports since at least 2-3 years and started clean eating a year ago (sometimes a cheat meal/day)

Sounds pretty good so far. Have you measured your body fat? I think it's just a matter of patience. Keep working on it!

Try boosting your metabolism.. At times your body starts to store fat when it is provided with food less frequently.. Do legs and abs in the same day. Mix weight exercises to your routine. Weighted crunches and leg raises should work. Try doing more of compound exercises.. Will burn more calories

Could be water retention try low sodium intake

Keep going it'll eventually come off. The last bit of fat to blast from the stomach are is one of the most stubborn. Try mixing weight trying with your routine.  Building muscle will help your body use fat deposits as energy.

I have the same problem. It's like your body's fuel tank. Mix cardio and weights. WATCH your intake. Avoid the heavy meals late in the day.  Meals should get smaller in size throughout the day. Be patient. Good luck.

Okay. Thank you all & I will try your suggestions :)
& yes I measured my body fat some weeks ago and they told me it was 9%  . But I heard scales aren't that reliable so I don't believe it's true :D.

9% would be almost unreal for a woman, so I guess it's not correct. But what it clearly states is that you're in a really good shape. Try to hit it harder. Heavier weights, high intensity, more big muscles like butt and legs, pyramids, supersets, heavy weights then heavy cardio, count your intake and compare it with what Scotty K wrote weeks ago. And then let the magic happen. Just stay in the game, it'll come. Best!!

Yeah, I think I have to train with weights again. I'm hitting cardio quite intense at the moment. I'll let you know when I had success :D
