Losing stubborn fat under skin?

I used to be an obese teen at 13 and slowly lost weight naturally. Now I'm 19 and started working out and making changes in my old diet of over 3000 calories daily, without physical activity... so I lost plenty real fast and now I'm down to the last bits, the stubborn fat, but I don't know what to do??

It's not called stubborn for no reason. If you want to melt it quickly, we'll I shouldn't say quickly at all it takes time. Up your training and keep doing what you are doing.

If you only have a little bit of fat left, now would be the time to start ab workouts and cardio to shed that last bit.....
