i want some good workouts to lose weight especially my stomach area and arms and thighs
There is no "best" workout. They all burn calories. The ones you are able to do and keep doing day after day are the best, and that is different for each individual.
HIIT workouts are a good way to burn maximum calories in short amounts of time.
Nothing better doing Cardio consistently.
And the better and easiest Cardio you can do daily is Walking/ Running. Walking -Jogging for longer than 45 a day and you'll see a good results in no time.
Don't hurt yourself by Running fast. Just jog or fast walk. This might burn only Fats . And as you getting better. . Do Hiit ..or simply. Warm up and cool down for 5 +5 min.. then walk for 2-3 min. And run for 1-2 min. And so on. Challenge yourself to go further. You can start with only 30 min.
