I was doing so well and looking after myself so much and now I got back into a crap habit about a week ago and I feel so crap

We all have slip ups. It's called being human. Just refocus your goals and start with small steps to get you back on track. You can do this. You just have to believe in yourself. Hope to see you around Tre' D

Stop blaming yourself. And get back to track gradually.
Everything count.  Move to move. Be active.
