I am at 137.5 pounds I want to be in the area of 120 or 115 pounds can you please give me tips.

Simple..cut the aerated drinks...cut the fat vontents like oils etc...cyr the excess calories in seasonings and sauces....and drink warm water after every meal...

Hey 
By eating healthy and regularly exercising you will lose weight even if you only excercises for 30 mins each time
When you are working out and it feels like its too hard...push yourself a little bit further, this is how you get stronger x

First...maintain better eating habits (I say that instead of the cookie cutter "eat healthy". That's a duh)

Second... (but mostly first) fall in love with the iron :)

If you want to cut on the tv, you'll do it.
If you want to read a book...you'll do it.
If you want to take a walk outside...you'll do it.
You want to lose weight...you'll do it.

It's research, then it's trial and error. Give yourself some wiggle room and don't be discouraged after you lose 2 pounds and gain 3. In the same day. It's a process. All things take time.
Fall in love with the struggle. Learn to love the pain,  the upset , the difficulty,  the missed goals...they're a part of it. Deal. And keep pushing regardless of what anyone, even your own head says.

Then fall in love with the results.
