I'm learning to Live a healthy life!
I have been going hard for the past 3 months in the gym.. So far I am down from 260pds to 253pds.. I know it could be more of I would stick to my plan and stop pussy footing around, still snacking on Candy, just cheating more days than I should. I have to get focused, and stay determined of I want to acheive my goal by the end of this year. If anyone would like to be a buddies as we're on this journey.. I am down.
