I have a question. In the past half year I gained over 10 kilos. I'm 70 kilograms now. I am 168cm. I do resistance training (bodypump) 3 times a week, one cardio (bodycombat) and one core training (bodybalance), all are 1 hour. Also one ninjutsu training of 1.5 hours. So i work out 4 days a week. I have a muscular built. But I can't seem to lose that weight again. I am stuck at 70 kilos. I eat clean most of the days and the problem is not my thyroid. Anyone got tips?
