I'm so pounds. I got amazing with my new life from continue workout some time did not using program but still remember and follow what can I do workout. Also food is important if you wanna lost weight have to fix what you eaten just 1 week for fix your body system will be Qualify. The taste of food by 3 week for qualifying has change. From January I was 85 kg. Until now I was 64 kg. That is my amazing so happy
I would encourage anyone with an effort. Just do not be discouraged
Sorry for my language is not well just wanna share ideas. But I am not smart for English
