Inner thighs

I'm a runner, iv been doing cross country for over 4 years & I try to enter other races with a group as much as possible, my only problem is my inner thighs, I am very toned but I could never lose the jiggles, what exercise is there to do for these? Please help!

Those really scary looking abductor and Adductor machines. Or squats and lunges.

Haha, man that thing should be in a Saw movie. It does its job though

Side lunges, squats . Choose a workout on here for legs .

Sumo squats . I think there is one called inner thighs . Jonvoy, DJ ,me we have created some leg workouts too :-)
