What are the healthiest and best foods to eat when trying to lose weight and build muscles?

Milk, fresh fruit, spinach, no processed meat, corn, and always keep hydrated ! Try to drink water instead of pop and other high sugar drinks.

Avocado and dark greens like spinach and different types of lettuce. Beware with avocados, they may have good fats but can pack a good amount of calories, unless you are bulking.
