How do I lose my flappy wings!? I have wings on my underarms, and it looks gross when I wear tank tops. Does anybody know how to lose this problem area??

Do workouts targeted to Triceps.. you can search in workout -> filter tab.

Nope, can't spot reduce fat. You have to shred fat as a whole. Good news is, arm fat will come off before thigh, hip, lower back and midsection fat. But I suppose you could work out nothing but biceps triceps and shoulders and have some pretty nice looking arms, but what about the rest of you.

My suggestion is get a gym membership. Start working out your whole body. Learn about nutrition, as that's 50% right there. 60% is training. Yeah it equals 110% because that's what it takes. There are a ton of free programs on here and  help is everywhere these days.
