Should I target different body parts per workout? Or is it better to do a full body 3-4 times a week.
Depends on what your goals are.
Lose weight and tone up. I've lost about 22 pounds since I've started working out in the past 2 and a bit months. but I don't know if I lose weight first then work on toning each part of the body or whether I do it all at the same time.
Not diving into diet, but resistance and or higher intensity may assist. Like add weights, even if just a light back pack while doing walking high knees.
It really depends on what you want to get from your workouts and what you feel comfortable doing, aslo what your proffession can be a factor
