Hi I have been working out and changed eating habits over the last 2 years I went from 159kgs to now 75 I can't seem to she'd anymore weight I am however gaining muscle but would ultimately like to get to 67kgs any ideas would be much appreciated :)

I don't think I can give tips, I'm sorry. However, I would like to point out that gaining muscles sorta automatically means gaining weight, as muscle weigh more than fat. So if you're healthy and fit, you really shouldn't care that much about what the scale says.

Yeah that's true thank u.I got to 70kg but over a period of 5 months I was hard out doing weights and I am now 75kg I know muscle is heavier I guess sometimes I'm never happy Lol.
