Can anyone suggest good workouts to help lose weight? I am 20 pounds over and would like to get it down. I could also use any good meals or diets that work if you would happen to know any.

Bench, squat, deadlift. Boiled chicken and rice with a little salt. Eat that no less then tgree times a day.

You can eat a couple eggs too

I am also a vegetarian so any diet with meat in it won't work.
