Control calories from boxes, cans and pakages of food is the best way.. Control fat and sugat too!

Thanks you mean like a cereal, juice, soda and all that kind of things.

Even some regular foods. Cut out the sugars and make your workouts regular and you should notice weight drop. Make sure to be consistent.

Skip rope must be you best friend.
Don't eat anything processed or at least not junk food.
50 minutes of skipping should do the trick .

Eduardo, I recommend myfitnesspal. It's an app that tells you how many calories to eat to lose weight and lets you enter them easily too. You can even scan bar codes.

I started using it in January, and have lost 35lbs. I have not exercised (bad, I know), but just stuck to the recommended calories. I was eating a lot more than I realized.

I have five kids and could not have done this if it was hard or time-consuming. I think it might help you if you don't know how to count calories. It has been a literal life saver for me! Good luck!

Good tip! You'd be surprised how quickly the weight flies off when you cut soda, milk and snacks like chips and chocolate out of your diet for a while.
