Athlete Preparing! Advice needed

*Weight loss and bulking arms advice needed*

Hey what's up, so I play soccer and before the season starts and school I wanna start losing weight (to be faster) and bulking up my arms( for better throw ins and shoving...).
I sum what know what to do about weight lost but for my arms I need some help. I don't know any good workouts to bulk them up, I play defense so when an opponent comes with the ball I need to take the ball away from them and "shoving" is something you do and I wanna throw better throw ins any advice? Thanks in advance x.

You will need strong shoulders amd triceps to throw the ball.
Do heavy military presses and close grip bench presses.

I am a big fan of soccer and I also play, Check out the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred workout on youtube. That workout wil surely get you ripped and ready for soccer season. Good luck

Push ups are really good to build strong shoulders and arms. For cardio HITT is good and sprints too .xx:-)

Lift some weights. Do bench presses and military presses. Also do tricep dips and arm curls
