Hello. I just bought new running shoes this weekend and I started running again. But the question is, will I lose weight if I'll start running every morning?
The BEST way to lose fat is to gain muscle. Running is good up to a certain point, but since it doesn't burn a lot of calories it's not great for weight loss. (Although it is good for over all health). My suggestion is to start an actual workout routine to get your blood pumping and really burn those calories! But it all depends on your goals. Best of luck!
