Wtf? I am small framed. I just need to tone up. Why have I gone from 107lbs to 111...???? Ughhh! Discouraged! I'm 30...3 babies later. My booty and belly need to be trimmed. Any tips for a newbie??

If your using weights it may be muscle growth weight, which will help burn calories.

No weights. But I Def. Feel a burn. Pushup..planks...squats. I'm sure these are all muscle builders as well. Thank you. I forgot muscle weighs more than fat.

Scale isn't your friend. Don't bother with it. Measure yourself, take before and after photos, keep an outfit in your closet from your biggest and compare it to how body now.

I used to focus on the number and you're really only in for disappointment. I lost 6 pant sizes in a year but was too busy being upset about the number of pounds to enjoy it or be proud of myself!

Muscle is more dense then fat meaning it has more weight within a smaller area then the same mass of fat within a larger area. bmi is true way to determine if your fit weight can be heavier for some who are more active.
