Hello, I am looking for some help with motivation on making sure I work out regularly. I go on about 2 week spurts of working out before I run out of steam and stop all together. I really need to lose weight so any advice you could give me would fantastic. Thanks!!

After two weeks say to your self i need to start working out again an keep going thats what i do

Don't stop. At the second week you should set a goal in your mind for week 3. Then keep doing that till its habit forming.

Set up a routine, same time daily when you know you're doing nothing!

No excuses, no forgetting.

Try this one, every night without fail it will becomes habit...and something you do without thinking.

Hi, my dear, I hope you have to reach your goal..
fist thing ask yourself 2 questions:
1-" why" that's mean you must have the goals
2- "How" that's mean you have to read about exercise, diet, and life style modification, I recommend American College of Sport Medicine as the best reference to you.
