I've been working out and eating really healthy all summer, and I've gone from 146 to 133. My goal was to be back in the 120s, but I've been at 133 for the past couple weeks and I'm not sure how to burn off these last few pounds. Any suggestions?
That depends on if they're pounds of fat, or pounds of muscle.
If they're still pounds of fat, lowering your calorie intake by 5% a week will do the trick.
If it's time to buy new clothes because the ones you own are falling off and people are commenting how great you look, then it's probably pounds of muscle and you should put a 7.62mm through your scale.
