So I weighed in today at around 10:30am, and according to the scales I have lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks! I am determined to to keep that weight off and to keep going until I'm perfectly happy with my body and weight. Thank you all for all the great support, I wouldn't be able to do it without any of your messages and motivation.

Keeping the weight off is much harder then loosing it. Stay focused and develop a routine in this lifestyle change. Diets are temporary, lifestyle changes are permanent. Make fitness and proper eating your every day thing and you'll maintain an awesome bod! Good luck!
