How much do u guys eat? Everytime I'm halfway in a work out i start getting super hungry i even sound like a beast when eating what is going on with me!!!
What I do is eat something light before gym then at home I eat up something filling. Simply, I think snack up before gym. Maybe an hour or two prior.
i usually eat around 1500-1700 calories a day.
i dont really eat that much, and im a really slow eater, so i feel like i fill up faster since im not shoveling it all in my mouth at once??
try to have a light snack an hour before your workout, that way you have enoigh energy to get a good workout in, and you dont get cramps! :)
