How much do u eat

How much do u guys eat? Everytime I'm halfway in a work out i start getting super hungry i even sound like a beast when eating what is going on with me!!!

I eat sooo much you'd think id be fat like for lunch today i had an entire chicken slaped with mushed avocados and 2 bananas thats what i usually have and i never gain a pound :/ but id say eat something light before like a small carb healthy snack and you should feel better throughout the workout.

It's not so much of what I eat. But, what and how much I drink. At least a gallon of water. The only other drinks I have is wine. 1 to 2 times a week at most.

What I do is eat something light before gym then at home I eat up something filling. Simply, I think snack up before gym. Maybe an hour or two prior.

You got a point there. I think I'll be eating light before working out as well

i usually eat around 1500-1700 calories a day.

i dont really eat that much, and im a really slow eater, so i feel like i fill up faster since im not shoveling it all in my mouth at once??

try to have a light snack an hour before your workout, that way you have enoigh energy to get a good workout in, and you dont get cramps! :)

That same thing happens to me. I don't eat too much either i think that's why between hours i get hungry last night around 10i ate a half subway then at 1am i woke up and ate some cereal then i woke up at 5 am super hungry but drank alot of water rn i just ran and well I'm not hungry I'll be after my weights and smoke session
