Be healthy is a best part of life, so keep doing workouts and yoga to become healthy and shed off your extra calories ND fats .
Basically, I am a doctor so most of the cases I have seen in my daily routine that most of the patients are suffering from obesity and they do not consider about their obesity even they are happy with that and keep asking to give any pain killer to get rid of their pain.
Well, actually I want to share something about health and fitness that how to become healthy? How we can maintain our fitness? How we can reach to our "goal weight" :)
