I'm 155 Pounds and 5 Foot 9

I am 155 Pounds. 5 foot 9 and I cannot get abs. I don't eat in the morning then run a mile then do weight training. I watch what I eat and drink. Can anyone give me some tips?

Not eating in the morning won't benefit you much. To get abs you need to have a search body fat percentage, I believe it's about 9% maybe? It's mainly about the eating and working your abs and other muscles out constantly. I know, it sounds very straight forward but calorie intake and macros will definitely make a difference. Hope I helped
