Scrambled eggs, premade hard boiled eggs, pre made egg "muffins" aka crustless quiche, protein shake/smoothie, muffins or pancakes made with protein powder, any kind of meat, bacon or turkey bacon. Sugar free Greek yogurt. You could also add egg whites to oatmeal while cooking it. If you add stuff to flavour it, you can't really taste the eggs. Maybe add a few nuts too.... Egg and cheese quesadilla.
