My first goal weight was to get from 240 to 199. I have accomplished that goal. Now I want to set my 2nd goal to 170. But I'm stuck. I keep going up and down around 199. Ill go to 204 to 197 up and down. What are some tips to get out of this Plateau. Ive even tried cutting back calories. I make sure I do 10000 steps a day if not more. Depending on how busy I am. But I try my hardest to atleast get to 10000 a day.
