What exercises will help to get a very lean body shape?
Cardio exercises will help you in this. And, if you aren't worried in gaining some muscle mass, lifting weights does also burn a lot of fat
fantastic. What are your tips for slimming inner tighs and outer legs if you have a pear shape body type?
I would say running/biking/any other cardio, plus upper body exercises to help leaning and making your shape more regular. Keep an eye to your nutrition too!

Don't worry, lack of motivation is a common problem we all have sometimes. Start easy with, stay loyal to you and always look at your body in a mirror. Appreciate changes, make exercise an habit, find some time to do it.
I'm a student right now with a very busy life as well. Haha, sometimes we'll have to do miracles to do our work and exercise as well. But we won't give up!!
